Tuition Incentive Program (TIP)

TIP provides assistance in two phases: Phase I covers tuition and mandatory fees for eligible applicants at an approved credit-based Michigan community college, public college, independent degree-granting  institution, federally-funded tribal college or Focus Hope. For Phase 1 assistance, applicant must be enrolled in a certificate program or working towards associate degree. Phase 2 assistance provides eligible applicants with up to $2000 dollars towards total tuition at a 4-year in-state college, university or degree-granting program.
